The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies towards the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering expert services like new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency stated it is actually alarmed about the large variety of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The intention with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some large amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no thoroughly functional office devoted to service the area every day. The provider issue established for intervention ordeals a superior inflow of potential beneficiaries, that makes it challenging for your Workplace to attend to all people who stop read more by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more methods to enable the servicing of all consumers and raise access to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
